Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

to join our veterinary clinic team.

Hours:

Part-time: Minimum 8-12 hours per week (depending on the week). Full-time available if desired. Regular weekday hours:

7:55 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

with a 1-hour lunch break.

1-2 Saturdays per month

required (7:55 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.).

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and pets with professionalism and warmth Answering and managing a multi-line phone system Scheduling appointments and managing records in our computer system Providing excellent communication and customer service both in person and over the phone Supporting the veterinary team in creating a welcoming, efficient environment

Requirements:

Excellent English and communication skills (speaking, writing, dictation) Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage a busy phone system Strong computer skills, accurate typing, and ability to learn new software quickly Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, fun, team-oriented environment

while also taking ownership of individual responsibilities Comfortable working around animals of all sizes, loud noises, and occasional strong odors

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
