We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Body Shop team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and have experience in call center environments.
Auto industry experience a plus!
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote services
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing estimates, or resolving complaints
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CCC systems
Support client services by coordinating appointments, processing payments, or updating account information
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex customer issues
Perform basic analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed (minimum required)
Experience with outbound calling and customer follow-up strategies is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
Knowledge of sales techniques and cash handling procedures is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
