Key responsibilities and required qualifications include:
Proven experience handling
large-volume transloading projects
Strong working knowledge of
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Hands-on experience with
quoting, rating, and customer billing
Direct experience coordinating with
drayage carriers
, including:
Ensuring Delivery Orders (DOs) are issued correctly
Managing port-related charges such as
demurrage, per diem, and terminal fees
Ability to work
independently
with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy under pressure
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Minimum
2+ years of relevant logistics, warehouse, or 3PL experience
Requirements
The ideal candidates should be
bilingual in Mandarin and English
, as a significant portion of our client and carrier communication requires fluency in both languages. These roles will be critical in managing daily transloading activities and ensuring accurate coordination across multiple stakeholders.
