Customer Service Representative
The CSR plays a vital role in daily customer operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients placing orders, requesting product support, or seeking problem resolution. Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with orders, inquiries, and service issues
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for LP/Natural Gas equipment and related products
- Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying issues, determining causes, identifying solutions, and following up to ensure complete resolution
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with all customers and team members
- Complete additional assignments as directed by leadership
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the LP Gas, Natural Gas, HVAC, or Plumbing industries
- Familiarity with propane and natural gas equipment and applications required
- 3+ years of customer service experience
