Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will oversee the daily operations of the customer service, ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience from start to finish. This role is integral to maintaining customer loyalty and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Porsche clients with their various needs. Oversee service loaner fleet and ensure compliance with company policies. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, service, and parts, to enhance the customer journey. Monitor customer service metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service job, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools. Knowledge of automotive services, products, and industry best practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
