Job Description

Successful window treatment company that is is expanding and growing is looking for new team members to join our Customer Service team located in Pompano Beach, Florida. The customer service representative will act as the primary liaison between our customers, sales staff, installers and operations and must be able to multi-task and modify plans as requirements change.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary point of contact with customers for handling of quotations and order processing. Oversee all aspects of project from initiation to completion in accordance with the customer's specifications and timeline. Data checking for accuracy of order. Communicating and updating customer requirements and production capabilities

Prepares and communicates job confirmation and proofing process. Enters orders into custom production management software. Complete financial responsibility for the project ensuring labor, material, equipment and subcontract budgets are at a minimum achieved. Coordinates all preproduction activities. Prepares job documentation for production, upkeeps thorough documentation through final delivery. Become the "Company Expert" of all areas of the Customer's General and Special Conditions. Promote and maintain a cooperative relationship with all clients and company personnel. Resolve material problems (ordering, arrival, backorders, damages, shortage, etc.) with the assistance of the Supervisor, ensure these problems do not impact project schedules. Provide technical support as needed. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills. Must be detailed oriented. Strong working computer knowledge. Experienced with all Microsoft Office. Must possess excellent problem solving skills. Must be organized, and able to prioritize and manage work-flow in a dynamic environment. Demonstrate responsibility, professionalism, and excellent customer service (both internal and external), while maintaining proper email etiquette. Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
