We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our house accounts, phone and walk-in customers. This role is critical for managing relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering positive experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, transactional environment, displaying a commitment to service excellence and effective problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:




Customer Service and Support:



+ Provide high-quality customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. + Handle customer service inquiries providing accurate information and solutions to problems.

Sales Support and Transaction Processing:



+ Assist customers with transactions, orders, and purchases, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. + Supporting the customer experience in partnership with the branch as needed.
+ Capture potential quantity discount upsell opportunities during customer interactions.

Customer Relationship Management:



+ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. + Solicit and record customer feedback, sharing insights with the sales and product teams to improve services and offerings.

Record Keeping and Administration:



+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the Customer Relationship Management system. + Prepare and manage documentation related to customer accounts and transactions.


Qualifications

Requirements:





Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems, Point of Sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite a plus. * High school diploma or equivalent.
