Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new offerings Maintain detailed records of interactions using data entry and CRM systems Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience Perform basic analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Experience



Prior experience in call center or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation Experience with outbound calling and client services is advantageous Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual in English and another language, are highly desirable Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and patience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.70 - $27.34 per hour
