Qualifications/Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to make decisions and solve problems

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task using multiple software programs simultaneously

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication and sound listening skills

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to build customer relationships via telephone

\xc2\xb7 Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Office programs a plus and be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to type without looking at the keyboard, required

\xc2\xb7 CA personal lines insurance experience, required

\xc2\xb7 Underwriting Experience a plus

\xc2\xb7 CA Insurance License a plus

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree a plus

\xc2\xb7 Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking) is a plus
