Customer Service Representative

to join our Perrysburg office. This role is all about answering phones, booking service calls, supporting our technicians, and keeping homeowners informed.

You must be comfortable using software, navigating multiple screens, and working quickly in modern office tools. Previous experience in HVAC, trades, or other home-service companies is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally; book service appointments and installations Make outbound calls for scheduling updates, follow-ups, maintenance reminders, and customer outreach Navigate call-handling software, VOIP phone systems, and multiple computer applications at once Use Google Workspace / Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) for daily tasks and office operations Update customer records, job notes, and schedules within CRM/dispatching platforms Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations Help resolve customer questions by identifying the issue and providing clear next steps Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvements

Required Experience & Skills

Strong history of using computer software, phone systems, and cloud-based tools Proficiency in

Google Drive

, Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail Ability to multitask across scheduling software, phone systems, and customer records Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home-services office roles is

highly preferred

Excellent communication skills--comfortable managing all types of conversations with homeowners Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced office with consistent call volume Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working
