Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers Assist with order processing, including data entry and cash handling Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and resolve issues Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively for documentation and reporting Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus (English proficiency required) Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications Experience in sales or client services is advantageous Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions promptly
