Job Description

High Point Innovations is seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to support our mission of empowering nonprofit partners, expanding community engagement, and driving meaningful fundraising results across Tulsa and surrounding areas. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the welcoming voice and face of our organization delivering exceptional service and positive experiences for supporters and donors as part of our fundraising efforts.

Our company partners with nonprofit organizations to amplify their voices and expand their reach through in-person community outreach and mission-driven initiatives. Through face-to-face engagement, we help meaningful causes grow awareness, inspire action.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be central to delivering outstanding supporter experiences while supporting high-impact fundraising campaigns. You'll represent our nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm, helping people connect with causes they care about and contributing directly to our organization's impact.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for donors, potential supporters, and community members in person, providing accurate information and responsive support throughout the fundraising cycle. Deliver exceptional service in person to enhance donor satisfaction and support ongoing fundraising outreach. Support the planning and execution of community events, pop-up outreach, and other activities aligned with organizational fundraising goals. Assist with donor onboarding, explaining partner missions and encouraging engagement that strengthens fundraising outcomes. Maintain detailed and accurate records of donor interactions, inquiries, and support needs to inform fundraising tracking and campaign performance. Collaborate with outreach teams and leadership to support campaign logistics, communicate supporter feedback, and refine engagement strategies that improve fundraising results. Address and resolve supporter concerns professionally and effectively, contributing to long-term relationships that boost repeat fundraising engagement. Uphold company values by delivering compassionate support that aligns with each nonprofit partner's mission and contributes to our collective fundraising impact.

Customer Service Representative Requirements



Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, engage, and respond to diverse audiences. A genuine passion for customer care and community service, with interest in nonprofit work and purpose-driven engagement that fuels fundraising success. Experience in customer service, outreach, or public-facing roles, experience supporting sales or fundraising initiatives is a plus. Empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with donors, prospects, and team members. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking supporter data and supporting fundraising campaigns. Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and communication platforms to support documentation and outreach for fundraising goals. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to evolving fundraising strategies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
