Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as inbound chats, to assist customers with placing orders, providing accurate information, and resolving inquiries. You will also support the sales department with customer-related tasks while maintaining a customer-focused mindset to ensure exceptional service.

Customer Service Representative Details:

Temporary position
$17.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities: o Handle inbound/outbound calls and inbound chats professionally and efficiently. o Assist customers with placing orders and provide accurate product or service information. o Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction through excellent service. o Collaborate with the sales department to support customer-related tasks. o Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
