As a

Customer Service Representative

, you'll be the face of our brand--meeting customers in person, presenting products and services, and helping them find the best fit for their needs. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating, problem-solving, and building relationships.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers face-to-face in your local area to introduce and promote products Represent top brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Provide excellent customer service and help guide purchasing decisions Meet or exceed sales goals with the support of your team and leadership Attend initial training sessions (in person) and ongoing development opportunities Track customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude Prior experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus (but not required) Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled events or appointments Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
