Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Enter Sales Orders.
- Account Reconciliation.
- Invoice creation and change orders.
- Provide support for our trucking department.

Experience:


- Previous experience in customer support or customer service is preferred.

- Associate degree or equivalent. Minimum of three years' applicable experience in lieu of degree.

- Prior experience in Manufacturing/Production environment.

- Some experience with Accounting and ERP software programs.

-Must be a self-starter.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.

- Strong Mathmatical ability

- Ability to read, write, and speak English competently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
