Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Handle cash transactions with precision and attention to detail. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred. Strong cash handling skills are essential. Proficiency in typing and data entry with attention to detail. Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide solutions. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.

Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
