Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, delivering clear and friendly communication.
Mail Return: Skip trace to find good addresses
Entering new accounts into our software system
Process customer requests accurately through data entry and maintain detailed records of interactions using customized software
Must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with customers and coworkers in a professional manner
Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements
Qualifications
Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred.
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
