PLM is looking for a

Customer Service Representative

to be responsible for daily order reviews, order processing, following up on orders by calling our customers. Duties will include reaching out to customers to verify orders, and reach out customers by phones, text, and emails. Assist our Sales Team by reaching out to potential D2C, B2B leads, qualify and setting appointments with Account Executives. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication skills.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Review daily orders, order processing, managing return inquires, etc. Maximize sales by reaching out to sold / unsold customers. Make 50+ outbound calls daily minimum to customers. Send 50+ outbound emails daily minimum to customers. Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly targets. Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image. Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment. Contact existing customers for up-sell and cross-sell. Initiate contact with potential customers through prospecting.

Understanding of Automotive Industry. Strong communication ability. Ability to meet or exceed quota of 100+ calls and emails daily. Proven sales, warm & cold calling, customer service, or marketing experience. High level of drive to succeed in sales. Driven, Persistent, Motivated.
