Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information.
Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant products and services.
Enter and update customer data accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized CRM software.
Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and verifying account details with precision.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every customer feels valued and understood.
Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Must be available to work every weekend!
Be able to work every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-7pm.
Assist with setups/clean ups for events, photobooth, and various other roles as needed
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
Must have a reliable car or transportation
