Primary duty is to answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
Maintain high level of professionalism with clients, working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Update customer information in the database.
Requirements:
1+ year customer service experience in fast paced environment required.
Food Industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge and experience with technology, Excel and Microsoft Word.
