Job Summary

Inbound Calls - no sales calls or cold calling Pre-Sales Assistance Assist with things like Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens Enter orders - sample swatches, quotes, new orders
Post-Sales Assistance Assist with things like Status updates/order tracking Troubleshooting using available guides Enter orders - parts, repair, remakes Issue credits

Requirements:

Education and Experience

High School Diploma required

Skills/Training

Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable) Ability to build relationships with customers Good analytical skills Basic computer skills Multitasking skills Reliability

Paid comprehensive training provided

Product Systems Account

All CS agents have an ongoing success coach to aide in understanding performance and career path opportunities for continued growth/advancement
