Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support to our customers and clients through various communication channels. Your enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment where fashion meets logistics.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
Manage order tracking, returns, and exchanges with accuracy while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist customers with account management, order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues effectively
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide proactive updates to clients on order status and logistics challenges.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Uphold brand standards by delivering exceptional service tailored to fashion clients.
Providing support to warehouse operations
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality
Preferred Skills
Minimum 5 years customer service experience, preferably in logistics / supply chain.
Experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment specialized in Luxury Fashion.
Knowledge of fashion retail/wholesale/E-comm operations and customer expectations.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Team player with a customer-first attitude.
Knowledge of routing guidelines of major luxury department stores
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--are essential for clear interactions across various channels.
Familiarity with WMS software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for data entry and documentation
Pay: $22.28 - $26.83 per hour
