We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for our residential and commercial clients. You will manage incoming calls and messages, schedule jobs, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping customers.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations team.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and service requests.

Requirements:



- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a service-based industry.

- Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software is a plus.

Compensation:



$22-$24 an hour plus bonustomers. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various computer applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base. The Customer Service Representative will be a vital link between our company and clients, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Provide accurate information about products and services, resolving issues efficiently and effectively Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings Manage data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems and other software such as Microsoft Office Process transactions including cash handling when necessary with integrity and attention to detail Assist with client services by addressing concerns, processing orders, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements



Proven experience in call center, customer support, or client services roles is preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively and professionally Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management is advantageous Strong analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions Experience with cash handling is desirable but not mandatory Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
