As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage the territory of Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Technicians. You will track and follow the Monuments, on site Monument work, and vaults that are installed in your assigned territory.
-Build and maintain relationships with Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, Wholesale Clients, and Field Technicians.
-Manage time while ensuring EOD requirements and deadlines are met to fulfill the highest level of customer service and uphold company commitments.
-Collaborate with Design, Sales, Accounting, and outside Vendors to ensure deadlines are met.
-Taking phone calls, answering questions about our product, solving problems.
-Order Tracking
-1 Year of Customer Service Experience
-Funeral Service Experience Highly Desired
-Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
-Typing 45+ WPM, proficient 10-key skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
