Customer Service Call Center Representative (Remote - DC/MD/VA Only)

$18/hour + Weekly Commission Opportunities

About Us

We are a growing, local pest control company looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position, but applicants

must reside in the DC/MD/VA area

.

Position Overview

This role begins

part-time in December (8:00 AM-12:00 PM)

and transitions to

full-time in January

with available schedules of

8:00 AM-4:00 PM

or

8:00 AM-5:00 PM with

a

1-hour unpaid break.
The CSR will handle inbound calls, make outbound follow-up calls (no cold calling), schedule services, and provide high-quality support. No prior pest control experience is required, but will be highly considered.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and emails Make

outbound follow-up calls

for estimates, reminders, overdue invoices, and service confirmations (

no cold calling

) Schedule appointments and manage service routes Provide accurate information about services Process payments and update customer accounts Resolve customer questions with patience and professionalism Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

Must reside in DC, Maryland, or Virginia

2+ years of customer service experience

(required) Call center experience is

not required

Pest control industry experience is

not required

,

but is a plus

Reliable

laptop or desktop computer

High-speed internet

suitable for VoIP calls Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment
