Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with customer relationship management software.
Additional certifications in customer service or related fields.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Process customer orders and manage customer accounts accurately.
Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

In this role, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential, as representatives will often handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. Verbal communication skills are utilized daily to engage with customers, ensuring clarity and understanding during interactions.
