Job Summary


We are a small animal Veterinary Hospital located in Northern Orange County looking for a self- motivated, detail oriented, reliable client service specialist to join our team.

We are looking for the right person who will share our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and the highest quality of care to their pets.

Responsibilities



Manage incoming calls Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills



Understanding of Cornerstone software a plus Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Ability to communicate with doctors and clients Strong organizational skills Team player and positive attitude a must
