As a Customer Service Representative, you'll ensure every customer inquiry is handled accurately, efficiently, and with professionalism -- supported by the latest AI tools that simplify processes and eliminate repetitive work.

You'll be the steady, confident point of contact who ensures follow-through, accuracy, and trust with every customer interaction.

What You'll Do

Work alongside our AI Digital Assistant to handle inbound and outbound customer communication efficiently. AI manages simple tasks and routine inquiries, allowing you to focus on higher-value, decision-based customer needs. Handle escalated or complex calls routed from the AI system with calm, confidence, and clear communication. Accurately document all customer interactions in ServiceTitan, ensuring follow-up and resolution on every account. Process payments securely and in full compliance with company policies. Track open items and coordinate with service teams to ensure every job, schedule, or renewal is completed accurately. Identify recurring issues and collaborate with our AI support team to recommend workflow or system improvements. Participate in team trainings to enhance communication, technology use, and service quality.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (required); 2+ years in customer service, scheduling, or call center work (preferred). Strong administrative, organizational, and data-entry skills with CRM experience (ServiceTitan a plus). Confidence using technology -- including AI tools -- to increase efficiency and accuracy. Dependable and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through in documentation and scheduling. Calm and professional under pressure; able to manage multiple priorities logically and effectively. Strong communication skills with a focus on clear, solution-oriented responses.
