We need your help in our call center and office! We are a rapidly growing Pest Control company that is needing to expand our team. We have a fun, laid back, and cohesive call center that is a great place to work. We all enjoy working together to achieve goals that we set. The shift desired for this position is 9am MST to 5pm MST. While in training, the shift will be 7AM-3PM

Added premium paid for Spanish speaking

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering calls that come in regarding a customers account and any questions they have Reaching out to customers to reschedule or schedule appointments Learning how to use the software that is needed to take care of our customers. The nice thing is that everything is done in one place Taking payments from customers Setting up new customer accounts when they call in Being available during your shift!
Nice to haves are:

Previous phone experience Previous customer service experience Previous experience working on a team
There are opportunities to grow and will be opportunities for commission via up sells if you choose.

At the end of the day we want our customers to not have to wait on hold and to be answered as soon as possible. Then, we want them to receive great care and have a positive experience when they call Ridd Pest Control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
