As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, helps them with their everyday banking needs, and guides them into exciting new financial adventures.
What You'll Do:
Help customers open checking, savings, and other accounts that fit their goals. Originate, process and close a variety of consumer loans. Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Answer questions, resolve issues, and make every interaction feel personal. Collaborate with teammates to deliver world-class customer service.
What You Bring:
1-3 years of new accounts experience; consumer lending is preferred. Strong attention to details and accuracy. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. A team-oriented mindset and commitment to shared success.
