Description:
Town & Country Supply Association has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Laurel, MT office. This Full-Time position works directly with our Propane Coordinator assisting with phone calls, customer inquiries, receiving payments and dispatching service calls.
Qualifications:
Previous Customer Service experience a plus. Excellent verbal & written Communication Skills. Ability to manage one's own time. Typing and basic computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel. Ability to solve basic math calculations.
Requirements:
Position requires excellent attendance and ability to get along with a variety of customers and co-workers. The position requires a high school education with at least 1-year relevant experience. Looking for someone that can work on their own and as a team player as necessary.
