This position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Job Summary

The Customer Support Representative provides continuous support for Revolution Concrete Mixer Products and Services. This position contributes to the overall success of the Aftermarket Team by providing a high level of customer support through insides sales while maintaining superior relationships with customers and dealers.

Responsibilities:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.

Provide best in class customer service by supplying immediate, consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries of technical products and systems while exhibiting a friendly, respectful, professional and customer focused demeanor.

Stay current on products and systems pertinent to order management and product research.

Resolve and diffuse customer concerns effectively in the interest of the long-term success of the company.

Complete documentation of scenarios, follow-ups and resolutions as appropriate.

Support Parts Sales goals.

Assist Marketing in the communication, development, maintenance and troubleshooting of Parts Programs and Services to promote upselling.

Participate in training opportunities.

Support achievement of department key performance metrics (KPMs).

Minimum Qualification:

High School Diploma

Two (2) or more years of customer service, sales or related experience.

Ability to effectively communicate at a professional level.

Strong organizational skill with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in computer skills ie. Microsoft Suite.

JDE knowledge would be considered an asset.

Knowledge and understanding of mixer concrete industry.

Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.
