MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays Previous cash handling experience Excellent communication skills Prior Customer Service Experience (Minimum 1 year) Prior Retail Experience preferred Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, ensuring every visitor feels the Rock N Fun magic. Assist customers in navigating our arcade, explaining game rules, and troubleshooting any technical issues. Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our state-of-the-art point-of-sale system. Keep the arcade area clean, organized, and always ready for the next wave of gamers. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our loyalty programs and special promotions. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
