Role Overview



In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers visiting the site, providing information, offering solutions, and supporting them with a wide range of enquiries. You'll represent the company with professionalism while helping create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities



Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service in person Assist with enquiries, product details, and general support Process transactions and customer requests accurately Resolve basic issues or escalate more complex matters to the appropriate team Maintain accurate notes, records, and updates within internal systems Keep customer areas organised, clean, and welcoming Support teammates during high-traffic periods Follow company guidelines, safety procedures, and quality standards
