The Job...

We are currently searching for someone to fill an office position 2 days a week. Wednesday 10hrs and Saturday 8hrs. Wednesday will require short commute to Kailua Pier for Cruise ship check in. This position includes answering phones and checking in all of our guests for the tours so you would be the initial smiling face greeting our guests. It is a job that has a bit of a daily routine but also offers room to learn many different aspects of the business. Since we are a small business, you often would wear different hats which keeps the task list ever-evolving and each day can be made up of a variety of different projects to keep things interesting. Organization, scheduling, ordering, and working with partners are typical projects but management encourages new ideas and side projects as well!

Flexibility, strong-communication, friendly attitudes, and organization skills as well as being a dog lover are a top priority for this position! The days change constantly and the ability to calmly take the changes as they come is of the upmost importance. Being a small business and in this role of many hats' communication is also key!
