We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in multiple languages, and have experience in call center or customer support environments. Bilingual abilities, especially in English and other languages, are highly valued. Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and technical issues
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings
Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes
Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement
Experience
Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications is essential
Bilingual skills (English plus additional language) are highly desirable
Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and cash handling is a plus
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, are required
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Prior experience in sales or client services will be considered an advantage
