We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Bilingual abilities, especially in English and other languages, are highly valued. Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and technical issues Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement

Experience



Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications is essential Bilingual skills (English plus additional language) are highly desirable Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and cash handling is a plus Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, are required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Prior experience in sales or client services will be considered an advantage

Pay: $16.00 per hour
