Overview

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (preferred) Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer support. Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or promote new services. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices.

Experience

Bilingual in Spanish (preferred). Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively. Familiarity with client services and support processes is beneficial. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse clientele. Proficient typing skills to ensure efficient data entry during customer interactions. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Ability to obtain an insurance license before the start date (agency support available).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
