Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and service-focused

Customer Service Representative

to manage incoming service requests, coordinate field technicians, and support general office operations. This is a key role that connects our customers to solutions and ensures our service team runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities


Answer incoming phone calls and emails, triage service requests, and communicate with customers Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability, skillset, and urgency of the issue Track service calls and ensure timely follow-ups and completion documentation Collaborate with the operations team to assign resources and manage workload Maintain accurate service records and customer notes in our CRM Support basic administrative tasks including filing, ordering materials, and updating logs Assist with service invoicing and billing processes as needed The ideal candidate will have the ability to offer level 1 tech support

Qualifications


1-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and scheduling/CRM software Professional phone manner and attention to detail Experience in the low-voltage or service industry is a plus
