We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service and support to our commercial insurance clients. This role involves managing policy administration--including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations--while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The CSR will act as a liaison between clients, underwriters, and producers, providing guidance on coverage, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates possess solid knowledge of commercial insurance products, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with agency management systems. A Property & Casualty license and prior experience in commercial lines are preferred.
