Job Description

Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and the Scenic City team through excellent communications. This position will engage in contact with customers in our local communities to schedule service, maintenance, or new installation appointments.
$16.00-$20.00 per hour depending on skill level and experience. PLUS unlimited performance bonuses for scheduled and closed service appointments and sales agreements.
Essential Job Duties:
Receives inbound or makes outbound calls to book appointments with our service and sales teams
Provides accurate appointment information to service or sales teams
Tracks calling efforts and accomplishments
Follows-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Other Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid driver's license
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Physical Demands:
Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed
Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time
