Job Summary:

Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Hermiston, Oregon. As a Full Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and promoting a positive image of our company. This is an individual contributor role, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.



Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package of $17.5 to $20 per hour, paid semimonthly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and 401(k) retirement plan options.



Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing information about our products and services Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Process orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or customer service is preferred 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed Reliable transportation to and from work
