We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and chat platforms
Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience
Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy levels
Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order processing
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office applications and other CRM tools
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and foster ongoing relationships
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and contribute to team goals
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or related roles preferred
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or client services is advantageous
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Previous cash handling experience is desirable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus
Pest Control industry experience is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
