Duties

Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and in person. Assist clients by making appointments, checking clients in and accepting payments. Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Utilize Microsoft Office applications and AVIMARK veterinary software to manage documentation and correspondence effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and resolve issues promptly. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry tasks. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly. Cash handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
