Responsibilities



Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with enthusiasm and professionalism. Assist clients in navigating our services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a welcoming experience for every caller. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Requirements



Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred. Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products/services when appropriate. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus. Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with active listening capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills. Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and call center operations is advantageous. Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Knowledge of phone etiquette, customer service best practices, and client services standards. Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
