We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

Provide outstanding customer support in a courteous and professional manner. Create and conduct presentations to customers and potential clients. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records. Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and service-related questions. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively assist customers.

Experience

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory as there is in house training for the position. Comfortable with public speaking and presentation. Adaptable, quick learner who is solution oriented.

Pay: $700.00 - $765.00 per week

Work Location: In person
