Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs and concerns
Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions using data entry systems
Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
Schedule jobs using our data platform
Assist in outbound calling campaigns to promote products or gather customer feedback
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client satisfaction levels
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages are a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
Sales experience or aptitude is advantageous for upselling opportunities
Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Previous experience with outbound calling is desirable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 per week
