Position Overview:

We're seeking a

dedicated Customer Service Representative

who genuinely enjoys helping people--especially customers who may be stressed after an accident. This role is perfect for someone who is positive, reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with our company long-term.

What You'll Do:

Greet every customer immediately with warmth and professionalism Walk customers through the repair process with patience, education, and support Communicate effectively with insurance companies Perform vehicle check-ins (some outdoor work required) Drive vehicles safely around the lot Answer phones and manage daily communication Organize files, follow instructions thoroughly, and handle multiple tasks at once Learn and understand Oklahoma auto insurance laws related to collision repair Use basic computer programs for scheduling, documentation, and communication Go the extra mile--sending birthday cards, following up with customers, and ensuring a positive experience Participate in occasional company events and activities (some may be outside normal paid hours) Maintain a great attitude, even on tough days--our customers deserve our best
