Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vibrant voice of our company, engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer support and fostering positive client relationships. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a seamless customer experience that keeps our clients coming back for more!

What you'll do

Provide customer service -- Greet customers, answer questions. Keep the store clean and organized -- Wipe counters, restock shelves, clean coffee and drink stations, and empty trash. Operate the register/POS system -- Scan items, process refunds, and print receipts. Monitor fuel pumps -- Authorize pumps, assist customers, and watch for suspicious activity. Receive and stock deliveries -- Check in products, rotate stock, and ensure store is stocked and in date. Prepare food and beverages -- Make coffee, heat food items, and maintain fresh supplies. Follow safety and security procedures -- Be alert for theft, check IDs for age-restricted sales, and report incidents.

Basic qualifications

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus! Reliability and responsibility -- Showing up on time, handling cash accurately, and following safety rules.
