Job Summary:



We're looking for a

Customer Service Representative I

to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment. You'll be the first point of contact for our B2B customers, helping them with orders, product questions, and general support.

Please note this position's start date would be in January 2026

What You'll Do:



Answer customer calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner Enter and manage customer orders accurately in our system Work closely with our warehouse, sales, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations Stay up-to-date on our product lines, including sizing, specs, and new arrivals Keep detailed notes of customer interactions in our system

What We're Looking For:



1+ year of customer service experience (wholesale, apparel, or distribution a plus) Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Comfortable using computers and basic software (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus) Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
