The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with sales and technical support. This position will meet and exceed customer expectations in all aspects of the job by achieving established goals, following work instructions, and working as a team player.
Position Requirements:

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment; address any unsafe conditions or behaviors with a
  supervisor
• Meet and exceed customer expectations
• Communicate features and benefits of products to customers through various communication avenues
• Maintain positive customer relations through professionalism and accuracy when addressing matters
• Identify customer technical needs in an efficient manner; convey solutions in an easily interpreted
  manner
• Work as a team player to address customer\'s sales and/or technical needs
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for the department
• Ensure accuracy of customer records; update as needed
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry in a timely manner

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Two or more years of customer service and technical support experience
• Software experience: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Software
